Better Hours

Terms of Service

Last updated July 8, 2026

Agreement

By using Better Hours or the free tools on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the update.

Your license

Better Hours is sold as a one-time purchase that gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for as long as we offer it, including future updates. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your account access. The free tools are free to use for personal and commercial use with no account required.

Payment and refunds

The price shown at checkout is a one-time charge with no subscription and no auto-renewal. Payments are handled by Stripe. If Better Hours is not right for you, email us and we will sort out a refund. We aim to be fair and reasonable about it.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and do not use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

Health disclaimer

Better Hours and its tools (including the break reminders, stretch prompts, eye-break timer, hydration reminder, and quizzes) are for general wellbeing and productivity. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, or symptoms persist, talk to a qualified professional.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep the service running, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Hours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
